
Reinforced pull pin suitable for the manual Z50 engine of Puch X30 Sport NS / NL, as well as Puch X30 Velux mopeds / mopeds.
Execution with axial bearing: The pure axial bearing is designed for extreme loads with very strong clutch springs.
Due to the slightly poorer guidance, however, this bearing can make a little more noise than conventional bearings with a 60° contact angle.
The reinforced clutch springs in the accessories can be used in conjunction with the clutch bearing without any problems.
Adjusting the clutch: Figure 4 shows the position of the clutch release lever in relation to the abutment and the ball collar nut in relation to the clutch release shaft. This setting results in maximum disengagement with minimum effort. Particular attention must be paid to the play between the decoupling shaft and the conical collar nut, as the clutch bearing will inevitably break within a very short time if the play is too small. With the clutch cable engaged, the free travel on the clutch release lever should be approx. 3 mm.
The angle «A» on the picture is 58°. On the hand lever, these clearances result in an empty travel of approx. 1 cm.
