Complete set of 0.8 mm thick steel disc springs for the HRT SX50 KTM clutch on your Puch moped with an E50 engine.
The disc springs are of the highest quality and have a precisely defined spring rate, ensuring that each disc exerts the same pressure.
The pairs of spring washers are stacked with their arched sides facing each other over the spacer sleeve. Depending on your needs, you can stack more or fewer pairs to adjust the spring tension to the engine’s requirements.
As a basic setting for the initial installation, we recommend the following configuration of the spring stacks: ()()()()()()(,
with a total thickness of the 13 stacked disc springs of approximately 15.5 mm.
The package includes 48 disc springs.
Note: If you’re using the clutch continuously on the racetrack, you should opt for stainless steel disc springs due to the high heat generated. You can find these, along with all other clutch parts, in the accessories section.
