Special shaft seal ring (colloquially known as oil seal) 15x28x5 for use in the rare kickstarter engines of Piaggio mopeds / mopeds such as the Super-Bravo, Grillo and Boss.
This radial shaft seal ring made of fluorine rubber is resistant up to a temperature of 200°C.
FPM or FKM shaft seals (colloquially known as Viton) are therefore particularly suitable for racing, as they are designed for higher speeds and can therefore withstand higher temperatures. Conventional NBR shaft seals are temperature-resistant up to 100°C.
