Racing cylinder of the Airsal brand for your moped / moped with Sachs 504 (with adaptations), 505, 508 and 535 engines.
This cylinder kit is suitable for Hercules Prima M, 2, 3, 4, 5 and Optima models, among others.
Thanks to the large intake, overflow and exhaust, this tuning cylinder provides a significant increase in performance.

Notes:
Plugs with a long thread must be used.
The following modifications must be made to the cylinder on Swiss 504 engines (42 mm stroke):
- Adjust the cylinder base and gasket as shown in Figure 6 .
- The cylinder base must be turned off so that the compression is adjusted again due to the shorter stroke, we recommend setting a crushing edge of 0.8 - 1.0 mm.
- On models with an external clutch lever, the intake must be extended, otherwise the carburetor may come into contact with the clutch lever.
Please note the installation direction when assembling. The piston is inserted with the arrow pointing towards the outlet on the exhaust side.
