43.5 mm racing cylinder including GPO cylinder head suitable for your Cilo Cross, Pony Cross and GTX moped / moped with Beta 521 engine.
The 57 cc tuning cylinder made of aluminum with a nickel-silicon carbide coating (colloquially known as Nikasil) stands for high reliability and a long service life.
The matching tuning cylinder cover impresses with its clean workmanship and precise fit. In combination with the 0.5 mm thick head gasket from Airsal, this results in a crushing edge of just 1.2 mm. Compared to the racing cylinder with original cylinder head, this not only optimizes the combustion chamber geometry thanks to the matching diameter, but also improves combustion due to the smaller pinch edge. This ensures more turbulence in the combustion chamber and therefore noticeably better performance and efficiency.
