41.0 mm piston with two 1.5 mm rectangular piston rings with internal fuse (IS) suitable for Sachs mopeds / mopeds 502, 50/2, 50/3 and 50/4 cylinders.
This replacement piston is suitable for the GPO Pomodoro 41 mm as well as the Badass Pandora 41 mm racing kit.
The detailed dimensions of the piston according to the technical drawing can be found in the details. You can also find out about the relevant piston rings, their stems and locking types on the legend in the pictures.
We recommend a piston clearance of 0.06 mm, so the cylinder should have a bore of 41.0 mm. The piston skirt is shortened by 4 mm on the inlet side.
The piston kit contains piston pins, piston clips and piston rings.
You will find the appropriate fitting tools, piston pin locks and, if necessary, the corresponding cylinder in the accessories section.
