41 mm tuning cylinder kit with diaphragm intake suitable for Swiss Sachs 50/2 (502) mopeds / mopeds.
With a larger displacement and optimized timing, this tuning kit turns your oldie into a powerhouse. In addition, this racing cylinder is visually indistinguishable from the original cylinder when fitted.

The cylinder kit is characterized by the following attributes:

  • Cast iron cylinder with 41 mm bore 
  • Membrane control
  • Optimized overflow channels 
  • improved control times
  • pore-clean surface

Exhaust thread: M35 x 2 mm

The scope of delivery includes cylinder, piston kit, gasket set and intake studs

Please note that this cylinder does not fit under the fan shroud of a slotted Sachs of the same type.

Matching add-on parts, as well as the more compact 38 mm tuning cylinder, can be found in the accessories section.
