2.0 off-road transmission case with cover, compatible with your Piaggio Ciao, Si, Bravo, and Boxer moped with variator drive, as well as for converting from a single-speed drive to a variator drive.
This off-road version is equipped with roller bearings and, according to the manufacturer, is intended for off-road or racing use. Unlike the street version with ball bearings, the roller bearings are guided in special steel bushings, which distributes the load over a larger surface area.
The Vario hub was designed with modern technical solutions to address the well-known reliability issues of conventional housings. Internal reinforcing ribs provide additional rigidity to the housing, while external reinforcements around the bearing seats ensure greater stability. The brake shoe guide is no longer riveted but bolted, which facilitates maintenance and any necessary repairs. In addition, the transmission housing features a 360° rotatable bleed valve for the transmission oil.
Bearings, shaft seals, and gaskets are included in the scope of delivery.
