Cast aluminum rear wheel hub compatible with the cast wheel rim on your Puch Maxi S moped with a Z50 engine.
Among other things, this wheel hub can also be installed on Puch Maxi and Supermaxi models with an E50 engine or an air-cooled ZA50 engine, as well as on Puch X30 NG-2AH or NG-2A models with a fan-cooled ZA50 engine, provided that a conversion to a coaster brake is desired.
The high-quality wheel hub was manufactured using the casting process, just like the original from back then, and then precisely machined using CNC technology. The press-fit brake drum is made of high-quality special steel and is firmly connected to the cast hub by cast-in aluminum pins.
To put a huge smile on your face right from the moment you start the installation, the hardened bearing shells are already pressed into the coaster brake hub.
Notes:
This wheel hub was installed as standard on Puch Maxi S models with coaster brakes in Germany. Swiss models can be retrofitted accordingly.
Sprockets with a bolt circle diameter of 115 mm and an inner diameter of 98 mm are required.
